Why You Are Tired All The Time

http://joeleavers.com/always_tired_extreme-fatigue_constantly/7 Reasons Why You Are Tired All The Time

Being tired all the time is a very real inconvenience. Especially when you are driving a distance or if need to concentrate on something. I wanted to put a list together for you to help you find your root cause of fatigue.
Don't be so quick to label it "chronic fatigue syndrome" because this will just give a doctor an opportunity to put you on a medication that is probably more harmful for you than just being always tired.
  1. Lack of nutrition at the cell level
  2. Lack of vitamin D, I'm talking sunlight D, not the synthetic crap on the Walmart shelf.
  3. Lack of deep sleep. Not just sleep. If your not completely asleep you will be very tired. You  need deep restful sleep and about 6 hours of it.
  4. Your spouse nags all the time. Honey do this, honey do that.
  5. Your stretched to thin! Free up some of your time and you can focus on your health and getting the rest you need.
  6. Your boss is inconsiderate and running you ragged. Tell him to go take a flying leap off the nearest bridge. lol. Maybe you shouldn't do this. But I can relate with you on this one.
  7. Did I happen to mention a lack of nutrition at the cell? This really is going to be the number one factor in your life.
It's hard to imagine that you being always tired can be associated with how much real core nutrition you take in daily. I realize this seems like a far stretch but if you give my idea a try once I think you will thank me for this post. Again, don't let them assign medication for chronic fatigue syndrome. Strive to keep your body healthy. Don't fall to big pharma's way of thinking. Get healthy and stay healthy for you and your family.
