Being tired all the time is a very real inconvenience. Especially when you are driving a distance or if need to concentrate on something. I wanted to put a list together for you to help you find your root cause of fatigue.
Don't be so quick to label it "chronic fatigue syndrome" because this will just give a doctor an opportunity to put you on a medication that is probably more harmful for you than just being always tired.
- Lack of nutrition at the cell level
- Lack of vitamin D, I'm talking sunlight D, not the synthetic crap on the Walmart shelf.
- Lack of deep sleep. Not just sleep. If your not completely asleep you will be very tired. You need deep restful sleep and about 6 hours of it.
- Your spouse nags all the time. Honey do this, honey do that.
- Your stretched to thin! Free up some of your time and you can focus on your health and getting the rest you need.
- Your boss is inconsiderate and running you ragged. Tell him to go take a flying leap off the nearest bridge. lol. Maybe you shouldn't do this. But I can relate with you on this one.
- Did I happen to mention a lack of nutrition at the cell? This really is going to be the number one factor in your life.
